Our Mission
The Computer Information Systems Club at Colorado State University serves the information technology and computer management community. The club encourages high standards of competence and promotes professional attitudes among its members. Meetings feature speakers, workshops, and an opportunity to learn about the ever changing Information Systems field.
What We Do
As members of the CIS club, we promote a fun, enthusiastic environment that gives students the chance to learn about the constantly changing field of information systems. We accomplish this goal in many ways. Throughout the semester we will have guest speakers from many of today's top companies. Having guest speakers gives students an opportunity to hear from industry leaders about the skills that are needed to be successful and also gives students a great opportunity to network. Throughout the semester we will also be working on projects. We will also participate in community service such as the Cans Around the Oval.
How To Join
To become a part of the CIS club you will need to plan on attending one of our meetings. Meetings are scheduled every Wednesday this semester from 5:30pm to 6:30pm in Rockwell Hall Room 172. If you are unable to attend meetings at this time please contact the club to obtain the information needed. Please refer to the Calendar for meeting times and any upcoming events.
