PURPOSE & MISSION:  

The purpose of the Real Estate Club is to enhance our understanding of the real estate industry and develop and promote contact with real estate professionals by hosting guest lecturers; promoting student research; and organizing trips to industry seminars, conferences, and current development projects. Through the interaction with various real estate professionals, students will gain valuable networking skills and contacts that will help them to secure internships and jobs in the real estate industry. This organization is open to students of all majors. Bringing all of our knowledge together will help the Real Estate Club become an identifiable name in the student and local community.

     OUR PREAMBLE:

Whereas we believe that a group of university students interested in the field of Real Estate should organize into a forum for mutual benefit, we hereby establish the Real Estate Club at Colorado State University.

This Club will provide a democratic forum for the discussion and exploration of careers and information in Real Estate. We wish to foster an environment to extend the educational resources offered by the university and its curriculum. CSU student scholars, alumni and real estate industry professionals will be allowed to exchange knowledge and transfer skills.

The Club will also act as a link between its student membership and the real estate community. We wish to aid our student membership as they endeavor to locate and obtain positions in the field of Real Estate in Northern Colorado, Denver, and other areas nationwide.
